6ème Étoile Concierge Service

How do food deliveries work?

If you would like a food delivery, please send us a detailed shopping list with the quantities and brand names of your favourite products. The order is placed in a specialist shop, then we pick up your order and deliver it to your apartment. We put away all your products, both fresh and cupboard items. A receipt is printed out and left behind the booking desk so that payment can be taken when you collect your keys. 

The 6ème Étoile Concierge Service is an organisation within Val d’Isère Agence which offers a range of extra services and activities to facilitate and enhance your mountain holiday. 

Any activities must be paid for in advance. You can do this via a payment link from your concierge or directly on our website, in the “services” tab, when booking your stay. 

If you have chosen the “ski passes” add-on and have requested these by email through the 6ème Étoile Concierge Service ahead of your stay, you can collect them at Val d’Isère Agence’s “rental – booking” desk when you collect your keys on arrival day. 

The service charges cover: the time spent contacting service providers, making bookings, organising activities and contacting the relevant people, as well as travel for the requested activities and services.  

We can certainly arrange for your breakfast to be delivered during your stay with Val d’Isère Agence. Simply book your breakfast 24 to 48 hours in advance by sending us a list of your chosen items, preferably in an email to the concierge. 

Yes, we have childcare equipment available for hire, such as buggies, cots and high chairs (bed linen and mattresses are provided).
